The track was first composed of AREMA Standard Steel Rail. Later, cast iron rails were used, and then I-shaped rails were developed. PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS

Sleepers are generally laid horizontally and made of wood, reinforced concrete or steel. The track bed is made of gravel, pebbles, slag and other materials. The sleepers are embedded in the track bed; the track bed is laid directly on the roadbed. The track bears varying vertical, transverse, and longitudinal static and dynamic loads. The load is transmitted from the rail to the roadbed through the sleeper and track bed. Through mechanical theory, the stress and strain generated by each component of the track under various load conditions are analyzed and studied to determine its load-bearing capacity and stability.

PRODUCT SIZE

Rail Track have their own shape and bending radius to guide the wheelset. When the train is running, the shape of the rail can guide the direction of the wheels and ensure that the train runs at the correct position on the railway. Once the train deviates from the track, the rails can return the train to the correct track.
